I recommend starting with my 6 Week Thrive Foundations Plan. It’s the best way to build strong habits, understand your nutrition, and create momentum. Or if you prefer a self-paced, budget-friendly start - but still want quality guidance and tools, then go for the 6 Week Thrive Essentials Plan.
From there, depending on your progress and goals, you can move onto one of my monthly plans - Momentum or Sustain - deeper learning, support and accountability.
