6-week self-led plan: full content library access and tracking tools. Coaching calls are optional (book and pay for as needed). 


Great for Women who prefer a self-paced, budget friendly start - but still want quality guidance and tools. 

Thrive "Foundations" Plan

£299 for 6 Weeks

6-week guided plan: weekly 1:1 coaching calls, access to the full Thrive App & learning library, habit & mindset tools, community support & real-time messaging. 


Perfect for Women ready to break free from dieting, reset their approach, and build healthy habits with full accountability and coaching support.

Thrive "Momentum" Plan

£150-£200 Per Month

Ongoing monthly plan (after Foundations or Essentials): weekly or fortnightly coaching calls, personalised guidance, continuous support and accountability. 


For Women who’ve completed Foundations or Essentials and want deeper, long-term transformation.

Thrive "Sustain" Plan

£99 Per Month

Monthly maintenance plan: 1 check-in call per month, full app library & community access, option to add extra coaching calls. 


Perfect for those who feel confident in their new habits but value ongoing support to stay on track. 

Where to Begin

My 6 Week Thrive Foundations Plan

I recommend starting with my 6 Week Thrive Foundations Plan. It’s the best way to build strong habits, understand your nutrition, and create momentum. Or if you prefer a self-paced, budget-friendly start - but still want quality guidance and tools, then go for the 6 Week Thrive Essentials Plan.


From there, depending on your progress and goals, you can move onto one of my monthly plans - Momentum or Sustain - deeper learning, support and accountability.


My ultimate goal is to give you the tools, confidence, and freedom to sustain your results independently. Coaching isn’t meant to last forever - it’s about helping you take control for the long term.
